Terms of Service
These terms apply to all purchases, custom orders, and event bookings with The Gilded Brim (“we,” “us”). By placing an order or booking an event, you agree to these terms.

Custom Orders
• All hats are custom-made or personalized. Please review your size, style, and design details before you approve them.
• Once you approve a design, it can’t be changed.
• Handmade customization means small differences in color, placement, or finish are part of each hat’s character and aren’t considered defects.

Pricing and Payment
• Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
• Full payment is due at checkout for online orders and at the time of purchase for in-person sales.
• We accept [cash, card, and digital payments].

All Sales Final
All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for the damaged or incorrect item exception.

 Event Bookings
• A 25% non-refundable deposit reserves your date. The remaining balance is due 10 days before the event.
• Event details, including guest count, location, time, and package, must be confirmed 30 days before the event.
• The client must provide a covered area / table space / power access as agreed.
• If severe weather, emergencies, or other events outside our control prevent service, we’ll work with you to reschedule.
• A signed event agreement may include more terms. If the agreement and these terms conflict, the event agreement applies.

Customer Content and Designs
• If you provide logos, names, or artwork, you confirm you have the right to use them.
• We may refuse any design we find offensive or that may violate someone else’s rights.

Photos and Marketing
We may photograph our work and event setups for our website and social media. Let us know in writing if you’d like to opt out.

Hat Care
We’re not responsible for damage caused by wear, weather, or improper care after delivery. Care instructions are included with every hat.

Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
